Sarah McEachen

My name is Sarah, I have come to Kidditech from a reggio based centre and love project based teaching. 
In my spare time I read, spend time with friends and family but most of all I love my involvement in Roller Derby.

Why am I a preschool teacher?

I have always loved children, I love their natural curiosity in everything that is happening around them and their willingness to learn new things. I get such a buzz out of their reactions when exciting new discoveries are made

What I love about teaching?

I love being able to work and learn alongside children, encouraging them to extend their own ideas. I believe in the environment being the third teacher, and children being supported and encouraged to make use of the environment in a positive approach, whether it is through play or teacher/child led activities.
